Join us for a FREE  fun and relaxing 6-week seated yoga series designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Classes are adaptable for all ability and strength levels, making this a great opportunity for anyone to move, stretch, and unwind.

Meet new friends and enjoy the benefits of mindful movement in a welcoming and supportive environment.


The facility is wheelchair accessible and offers convenient parking and a ramp for easy entry
