ACIL provides accessible transportation for people with disabilities. You can set up a trip for many reasons, but not for emergency medical situations. If your trip isn’t covered by Medicaid, our fares are lower than other accessible van services.

Examples of Non-Emergency Medical Trips:

  • Doctor's Appointments: Visiting your regular doctor for check-ups or check-ups.
  • Non-Emergency Hospital Visits: Going to the hospital for tests or follow-up appointments.
  • Dialysis: Getting treatment for kidney issues.
  • Physical Therapy: Going to therapy sessions to help with recovery.
  • Rehab Services: Attending rehabilitation programs.
  • Pharmacy Visits: Picking up prescriptions from the drug store.

Examples of Non-Medical Trips:

  • Grocery Shopping: Going to buy food and other supplies.
  • Meetings: Attending daytime meetings or classes.
  • Outings: Visiting a restaurant, movie theater, or library.
  • Paying Bills: Going to the bank or utility office to pay bills.
